How To Sell Your Home Securely Without An Agent

We will make an appointment to view your property. It can be done in person or we are happy to do virtually if you prefer. It’s your choice. We only have to see your house once. During the appointment I will do the following:

• Look at your house to determine its current value just the way it is without doing any work at all.
• Chat about timing – how quickly do you need to sell or how long do you need to wait.
• Discuss other ways we can help depending on the challenges you’re facing. Besides buying your home quickly, we provide additional services to make it even easier like helping with unwanted contents and moving expenses.

I will mentally calculate what needs to be done to get it ready for market. Remember – we are taking all those tasks away from you, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

3. GET AN OFFER

I will usually provide you with an offer within 48 hours. It could even be on the spot during our appointment if I don’t need to do any homework. We will review the offer together and determine if it’s acceptable or not.

4. PROCEED TO CLOSING IF YOU ACCEPT THE OFFER

If you accept the offer, we sign the agreement and send it to our lawyers for review and proceed to closing. The closing date is up to you.
